Please join our Annual Appeal to bring economic hope to those we serve.
Many of the 12,000 clients we serve each year are facing rising costs for food, hygiene products, and utilities. They face affordable housing issues, living in high-rent, low-quality housing or extended-stay motels with high weekly fees. They face transportation issues that affect their ability to commute to and from work while also paying for the care of their children at home. Because you support our mission, The Cooperative Ministry stands in the gap with our clients, providing Immediate Needs and Empowerment services while focusing on economic self-sufficiency.
Your year-end gift directly supports services that empower our community’s most vulnerable members to take control of their future. Our services include emergency food boxes, free clothing for work and school, financial health coaching that often includes financial assistance with rent and utilities, financial assistance toward earning a GED or obtaining a special license or certification required for a better job, free income tax return preparation, free furniture, and counseling on insurance decisions.
Your donation has a meaningful impact on those in the Midlands.
Thank you for believing in our mission to help households thrive with services focused on economic self-sufficiency.
